Zelensky, Nauseda discuss strengthening Ukraine’s defense, security guarantees
Presidents of Ukraine and Lithuania Vodymyr Zelensky and Gitanas Nauseda have discussed Ukraine’s defense needs, investments in arms production, and security guarantees for Ukraine.
Zelensky announced this on social media, Ukrinform reports.
The President of Ukraine thanked Lithuania for its clear stance and unwavering support of Ukraine.
“We discussed strengthening Ukraine’s defense, particularly its needs for artillery, air defense, direct investments in long-range drone production, as well as security guarantees for Ukraine. It is important to maintain unity and joint efforts to restore a just peace,” Zelensky stressed.

As reported by Ukrinform, President Vodymyr Zelensky thanked the government and the pele of Sweden for the largest Swedish defense package for Ukraine.
