Zelensky believes relations with Trump can be saved

He said this while answering a question from a Fox News host in an interview that aired on Friday, as reported by Ukrinform.

“Yes, of course, because these relations are more than just relations between two presidents,” Zelensky emphasized.

He added that there are strong ties and relations between the peoples of Ukraine and the United States. The President of Ukraine once again thanked American citizens for their support.

At the same time, he noted that he does not feel guilty for the incidents that occurred during the negotiations in the Oval Office. Zelensky emphasized the importance of generosity and honesty, adding that “I am not sure that we did anything wrong.”

As reported by Ukrinform, US President Donald Trump said that the meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Friday was not very successful. The head of the Ukrainian state left the White House early.
