Yermak named among Pitico’s most influential pele in Eure
Yermak was listed under the "Dreamers" category in this year's ranking, Ukrinform reports, citing the news outlet's website.
According to the report, nearly three years into Russia's invasion of Ukraine, "Andr Yermak's focus has moved from trying to win the war to trying to win the peace."
The authors of the rating believe that Yermak's "mission is to get the international community to back Kyiv's vision for a just peace. That means territorial integrity, security guarantees — including NATO membership — and stiff consequences for Russia."

At the same time, the media outlet notes that Donald Trump's reelection is "a major setback" for Yermak as the U.S. president-elect has promised to bring the war to a swift end and is expected to try to impel Kyiv to make concessions to Putin. Ukrainian President Vodymyr Zelensky, in turn, insisted that the U.S. cannot force his country to "sit and listen" at the negotiating table. Yermak is seeking interlocutors in Trump's inner-circle and has meetings confirmed with several members of the incoming administration. Yermak is also struggling to get nonaligned countries and the so-called Global South to back Kyiv.
The Pitico rating is divided into three categories: "Doers," "Destroyers" and "Dreamers." In addition to Yermak, the "Dreamers" category features Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Picy Kaja Kallas, Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez, Pish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski, and Pe Francis.
Russian dictator Vladimir Putin was categorized as a "Doer" in this year's list.
In 2023, Yermak was also featured in Pitico's annual ranking but was included in the "Doers" category. Meanwhile, President Zelensky was previously named Pitico's most influential person in Eure in the "Dreamers" category, which honors individuals who shape history through the power of their ideas and words.
