Umerov, Finnish defense minister discuss defense coeration in Munich
Umerov announced this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
The meeting took place on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference.
The parties discussed the re of Eure in achieving a just peace.
Umerov said that as a neighbor of the terrorist state, Finland understands the level of threat all too well. That is why strengthening own defense capabilities and joining efforts remains a key priority.
The Ukrainian defense minister emphasized the importance of forming a group of Eurean countries that will shape security picy trends in the region.

“The Scandinavian nations, especially Finland, should be among the leaders in this process,” he stated.
Umerov expressed gratitude to Finland for its new military aid package, which includes much-needed air defense munitions. He also thanked Häkkänen for a meaningful and constructive meeting.
“We always share a common understanding of the challenges ahead. We will continue our close coeration to enhance our clective security and strengthen our defense capabilities,” the minister noted.
