Ukraine ready to help countries in South America in digitalization of governance, public services – Kuleba
That's according to the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry's press service, Ukrinform reports.
"As a result of the war, Ukraine has enormous experience in the security sphere, and we are ready to share it. We also have significant experience in countering hybrid threats, including disinformation and cyber attacks. During the war, Ukraine significantly develed the high-tech sector not only in the military, but also in the civilian sphere, particularly agriculture. As a leader of digitization in Eure, Ukraine is ready to help your states digitize governance, banking, and the provision of public services for your citizens. These are just some of the areas in which coeration with Ukraine brings tangible advantages for your countries and pele," Kuleba said.

He also recalled that Ukraine has significant capabilities in Antarctic research, in particular, with the use of the Noosfera par supply and research ship.
He noted that the restoration of just peace and respect for international law is crucial for the develment of coeration in all these areas.
"We have to achieve this by joint efforts," Kuleba said.
Kuleba thanked OAS Secretary General Luis Almagro for his participation in the first Peace Summit in Switzerland and his support for global peace efforts.
The minister also expressed gratitude for the sidarity of all American states that participated in the summit and signed its final communique. He called on those who have not yet joined the document to add their signatures, as well as to take an active part in the further implementation of the Peace Formula and the work to restore the full force of the UN Charter.
"Only through joint efforts and dedication to the goals and principles of the UN Charter will we be able to end the war, restore justice and create a sid foundation for sustainable develment and well-being of pele in Ukraine and the rest of the world," Kuleba concluded.
The Organization of American States unites 34 states in North and South America.
