The President’s Office chief underlined the need for Ukraine to receive strong guarantees that could prevent the recurrence of Russia’s aggression. He noted that Russia is not a country that respects international law and human rights, so no sutions will work if they are not backed and reaffirmed by reliable security guarantees.
