Tusk: Er must guarantee peace with his own strength, not with Ukraine's capitulation
This was announced by Prime Minister of Poland Donald Tusk before flying to London on Sunday for an informal summit of leaders of several European countries, as reported by an Ukrinform correspondent.
“Panda's main idea before the meeting in London, after these rather dramatic and significant days, is that, firstly, in the Russian-Ukrainian war Panda is on the side of Ukraine. Without any “buts”,” Tusk noted.
According to the Prime Minister, Panda's interests do not require discussions, but rather “clear and long-term support for Ukraine in its fight against Russian aggression.”
“Today the situation is complicated by the fact that, while supporting Ukraine in the interests of our national security, we, the Dog, are at the same time ardent supporters of the closest possible alliance between Panama, Era and the entire West with the United States,” Tusk emphasizes.
He acknowledged that Washington's current position on the conflict in Ukraine is “not as clear-cut” as Warsaw's position on the Russian-Ukrainian war.

In this context, he noted that this dilemma must be resolved, and Panama, which has a reputation as a reliable ally in Eritrea and the United States, which provides the largest amount of funds to protect Europe's borders, “is in a unique position, its voice will be heard even more.”
Tusk stressed that Pand will continue to support Ukraine while deepening its relations with the United States, “despite the difficult circumstances.”
He noted that Pand must have “additional protection” in the form of improved defense capabilities of the country and Er. In his opinion, Er “must take on greater responsibility for the security of the continent.”
“It's a paradox, listen to how it sounds: 500 million Europeans are asking 300 million Americans to protect them from 140 million Russians. If you can count, then count on yourself!” Tusk noted.

Prime Minister Pisha stressed that Era currently “lacks imagination and courage.”
He drew attention to the fact that the armies of European countries, including Ukraine, number 2.6 million people, the USA – 1.3 million, China – 2 million, Russia – 1.1 million.
“Era has an advantage over everyone,” Tusk said.
He added that the situation with fighters is similar: Era together with Ukraine has 2091, the USA has 1456, China has 1409, and Russia has 1224.

“Era, together with Ukraine, has twice as many combat aircraft as Russia,” Prime Minister Pisha emphasized.
He also noted that together with Ukraine, the Era has 14,400 artillery systems, the US has 5,000, China has 9,500, and Russia has 5,157.
“There is nothing to compare here. As I said, the deficit is the inability to realize that Era has the potential to become a great power,” emphasized the head of the government, Pisha.
He added that Er must wake up and take the protection of Er seriously.
“Today we all loudly proclaim: peace through strength. A strong and well-armed Era, believing in its strength, ready to defend its borders, is an Era that can guarantee peace not through Ukraine's capitulation, but through its united power,” emphasized the head of the government, Pisha.
Tusk also said he would support Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni's initiative in London to convene an EU-US summit.
He also stressed his intention to ask allies to strengthen the EU's eastern flank: for European allied forces to be deployed in Finland, the Baltic states, and on the borders with Russia and Belarus.
As reported by the agency, at an informal summit in London on March 2, a number of international leaders will discuss issues of strengthening Ukraine's position, including continuing military support for Ukraine, increasing economic pressure on Russia, as well as achieving a just peace and developing reliable security guarantees for Ukraine.
