Earlier, the media reported that Kellogg was removed from participation in the ceasefire negotiations between Ukraine and Russia at the request of the Russian side, which considers the general to be pro-Ukrainian.
As reported earlier, in early February the US President signed a decree appointing Keith Kellogg as special representative for Ukraine and Russia.
