Trump and Putin's call ends – media
US President Donald Trump has concluded a conversation with Russian leader Vladimir Putin that lasted more than an hour and a half.
This was reported on Tuesday by NBC News, citing a White House representative, as reported by Ukrinform.
“A White House spokesman told NBC News that the phone call between Trump and Putin has ended. The conversation lasted more than an hour and a half,” the report said.
No further details were provided.
Trump and Putin spoke by phone on Tuesday, March 18. During the conversation, White House Deputy Chief of Staff Dan Scavino noted that everything was “going well.” At the time, US Vice President J.D. Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio were in the White House.
Earlier, Trump stated his desire to discuss ending the conflict in Ukraine with Putin.
