There are no specific dates for the meeting between Ukraine and the US, but ceasefire talks will continue – Yermak
The head of the Presidential Office, Andriy Yermak, announced this during a briefing for journalists, answering a question from an Ukrinform correspondent.
“We are discussing this issue (meetings – ed.), there are no specific dates yet, but I believe that our negotiations with the American side will resume in the near future,” Yermak noted.
He emphasized that consultations at various levels are ongoing, for example, his interaction with US Presidential Advisor on Security Issues Michael Waltz. Yermak also recalled that Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga recently met with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

“Thus, consultations continue without interruption. As for the meeting, I am sure that they will resume soon,” Yermak added.
The head of the President's Office expressed confidence that the American side understands that it is Russia that is hindering the peace process.
“The main conclusion of the meeting in Jeddah, in the Rada, is that the American side has no questions for Ukraine. Ukraine demonstrates absolute transparency of its position and complete adequacy. At present, a complete ceasefire is what we are striving for, which is reasonable and correct. But, unfortunately, the Russian side does not support this, and we believe that a tough position and pressure on Russia from the Americans and other partners is the path that needs to be chosen,” Yermak said.

As reported by Ukrinform, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy previously outlined Ukraine's “red lines” in ceasefire talks. In particular, in future talks to end the war, Ukraine will not recognize the territories occupied by Russia and will not agree to a reduction in the size of its army.
