The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court granted the request of the SAPO prosecutor and extended the term of the procedural obligations imposed on People's Deputy and leader of the Batkivshchyna parliamentary faction Yulia Tymoshenko until May 13, 2026.
This is reported by the press service of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences.
It is noted that, according to the court decision, Tymoshenko must appear upon every request from detectives, prosecutors, or the court.
She is also required to inform detectives, prosecutors, or the court about any change in her place of residence or work. At the same time, her passport and other documents for leaving the country will continue to be kept by the State Migration Service.
“The decision is not subject to appeal and enters into force from the moment of announcement,” the Supreme Court of Justice added.
