
The Supervisory Board of LLC “GTS Operator of Ukraine” (OGTSU) has appointed Natalia Boyko as the temporary acting CEO of the company. She has over 15 years of professional experience in the energy industry.
This was reported by the press service of the State Technical University of Ukraine.
They said that the decision to appoint Boyko was approved by members of the supervisory board of the State Tax Service on February 7.
It is also noted that earlier, by decision of the supervisory board, Boyko, who before the appointment of the acting head held the position of deputy head of the company, was included in the management of the State Transport and Communications Administration.
Thus, the current board of directors of the company includes: Natalia Boyko, Vladislav Medvedev, Boris Lyubych, Kateryna Kovalenko, and Oleksandr Timofeev.
Since the beginning of April 2025, the OGTSU has been temporarily headed by Vladislav Medvedev, who was elected by the company's supervisory board in connection with the filing of an application for early termination of powers by the then CEO Dmytro Lippa.
According to the “Chesno” movement, in particular, Boyko held the position of deputy chairman of the supervisory board of NJSC “Naftogaz of Ukraine”. In 2017-2019, she worked as deputy to the then Minister of Energy Ihor Nasalyk. In addition, it is known that she was an advisor to two former prime ministers: Oleksiy Honcharuk and Denys Shmyhal.
In November 2025, Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko announced that the Cabinet of Ministers had suspended the competition for the position of head of GTS Operator LLC due to the publication of materials from the NABU investigation into possible corruption schemes at Energoatom, in which one of its finalists appears.
“GTS Operator” is a state-owned company that transports natural gas to Ukrainian consumers, as well as transits it to other countries.
