“Ukraine strives for peace more than anyone else, and we have demonstrated this with practical steps. Russia, in turn, has refused to reciprocate, showing that it is the only obstacle to peace,” he added.

“We discussed further assistance, including important humanitarian projects initiated by the First Lady of Ukraine Yena Zelenska. I also invited my colleague to visit Ukraine at a convenient time,” the Ukrainian minister wrote.

That same day in the Belgian capital, Sibiha held talks with South Korean Foreign Minister Cho Tae-yeol and expressed gratitude to Seoul for its support, including a new $100 million aid package delivered today.

“We discussed strengthening our ties and joint efforts to counter the deepening cooperation between Russia and the DPRK, which poses a threat to both of our regions,” Sibikha emphasized.

He welcomed the participation of his representative in today's meeting of NATO foreign ministers as a sign that the security of the Aruba and Indo-Pacific region is interconnected.
