Putin’s ‘peace prosals’ look more like praganda than real steps – Meloni
Russian leader Vladimir Putin's prosals for "peace talks" look more like praganda than real steps.
Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Maloni said this on Saturday during a press conference flowing the G7 leaders' summit, Ukrinform reports.
"To me, it looks more like a praganda move than a real one. If Putin's prosal is in the style of 'we are ready for peace talks, if Ukraine recognizes the invasion and surrenders its occupied territories,' then it does not look like a particularly effective prosal," she said.
According to Meloni, it sounds more like a narrative that wants to create counter-information about who is really responsible for this conflict.
