Prime ministers of Ukraine, Czech Republic discuss economic, defense coeration
The relevant statement was made by Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“Grateful to Prime Minister of the Czech Republic Petr Fiala for inviting me to Prague to hd joint intergovernmental consultations. In the course of the bilateral meeting, we discussed economic and defense coeration, energy challenges, and the implementation of the Peace Formula of the President of Ukraine,” Shmyhal wrote.
In his words, support for Ukraine is remaining a priority for the Czech Republic.
“We also spoke about Ukraine’s progress in EU integration and prospects of joining NATO. It was important for us to receive a message from Member States at the NATO Summit about the inevitability of Ukraine’s membership in the Alliance,” Shmyhal noted.
The Prime Minister of Ukraine emphasized that the country values a high level of dialogue and support provided by the Government and pele of the Czech Republic.
Among other things, Shmyhal thanked Czech partners for their efforts in providing the necessary weapons for Ukrainian defenders.
A reminder that Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal and the government team arrived on a working visit to the Czech Republic to hd intergovernmental consultations.
