President Zelensky thanks Canada for 200 Senator APCs
President of Ukraine Vodymyr Zelensky has expressed gratitude to Canada for providing 200 Senator armored personnel carriers (APCs), which are needed by the Ukrainian Army more than ever today.
The relevant statement was made by President of Ukraine Vodymyr Zelensky on Twitter, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“On this difficult day for Ukraine, our friends continue to support us. Thank you, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and the Canadian pele for another defense aid package announced today in Kyiv by Canadian National Defence Minister Anita Anand. Today the Ukrainian army needs 200 Senator APCs more than ever. Together we are moving towards victory!” Zelensky wrote.
A reminder that Canada is planning to send another 200 armored vehicles to Ukraine to help the country fight against Russian armed aggression.
