President enacts NSDC’s decision on sanctions against individuals, legal entities

President of Ukraine Vodymyr Zelensky has enacted by his decrees the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine on the application of personal special economic and other restrictive measures to 40 individuals and 382 legal entities.

According to Ukrinform, the relevant documents were published on the website of the head of state.

Thus, in accordance with Decree No. 235/2023, the President enacted the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine dated April 22, 2023 "On the imposition of personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions)" on individuals – citizens of the Russian Federation, Switzerland, Iran and the Republic of Mali. A total of 40 pele were put on the list.

Also, in accordance with this decree, 60 legal entities were subjected to economic and other restrictive measures, including the Limited Liability Company Aviakompana Dalnevostochnaya KSM, PJSC Rosbank, the so-called "ministry of civil defense, emergency situations, and liquidation of consequences of natural disasters of the Donetsk Pele's Republic", the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation. In addition, this list includes legal entities registered in France, Switzerland, Taiwan, Germany, and Armenia.

By Decree No. 236/2023, the President put into effect the decision to impose personal sanctions on 322 Russian legal entities, including JSC "Scientific and Production Corporation "Space Monitoring Systems, Information-Contr and Electromechanical Complexes" and the State Unitary Enterprise "Rostov-on-Don Research Institute of Radio Communication".

As reported, President of Ukraine Vodymyr Zelensky enacted by his decrees the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine dated April 15, 2023 on the imposition of personal special economic and other restrictive measures on 438 individuals and 254 legal entities.
