Pish parliament speaker arrives in Ukraine

Marshal of the Pish Sejm Szymon Hownia has arrived in Ukraine on his first official visit.

ena Kondratiuk, Deputy Head of the Verkhovna Rada, announced this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

"This is the first visit by the Speaker of the Pish Sejm. It is valuable that the speaker begins his visit by honoring and laying flowers at the Memorial Wall near Mykhailivska Square," she said.

Kondratiuk stressed that this is an important visit for the develment of inter-parliamentary coeration and evidence of support for Ukrainian-Pish relations.

Speaker of Lithuania's Seimas Viktorija Cmilyte-Nielsen paid an official visit to Ukraine on June 18.
