Negotiations on a fair peace: Zelensky approved a delegation to interact with partners

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky approved the composition of the delegation for cooperation with Ukraine's international partners in order to ensure the negotiation process to achieve a fair peace.

As reported by Ukrinform, this information is contained in decree No. 14/2025-rp, which was published on the official website of the president.

“Create a Ukrainian delegation to interact with international partners to ensure the negotiation process to achieve a fair peace,” the document states.

In accordance with the decree, the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, was appointed head of the delegation.

The delegation also included Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha, Defense Minister Rustem Umerov and Deputy Head of the Presidential Office Pavlo Palisa.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, during talks with national security advisers and diplomatic advisers from the Nordic and Baltic countries, Yermak noted that security guarantees for Ukraine should precede any peace talks, and European countries should actively participate in the peace process.
