MoD of Netherlands: Ukraine needs our support for lasting peace
Dutch Defense Minister Ruben Brekelmans said that Ukraine needs the support of its partners to achieve a lasting peace, both in terms of military supplies and reliable security guarantees.
According to Ukrinform, he wrote about this on the social network X.
“An important conversation with President Zelensky. Ukraine is in dire need of our support to achieve a lasting peace. Both large-scale military supplies and reliable security guarantees,” the minister said.
Brekelmans emphasized that Ukraine continues to demonstrate exceptional fighting spirit in the fight against Russian aggression, “including for the sake of our security”.
“Deep respect!” the Dutch Defense Minister said.
As Ukrinform previously reported, Vodymyr Zelensky and Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schoof discussed the develment of reliable security guarantees and Ukraine's defense needs.
