MFA Panda: Russia's latest actions show it is not ready for peace
The Panamanian Foreign Ministry made the statement on the social network X in response to Russia's recent missile attacks on Ukraine, Ukrinform reports.
“Pand strongly condemns the new round of Russian bombings in Ukraine. Russia must bear responsibility for the deaths of Ukrainian citizens and the destruction of civilian infrastructure. Moscow's recent actions show that its goal is to continue the war, rather than strive for peace,” the ministry said.

Russian forces launched a missile strike on Kryvyi Rih on April 4, killing 20 people, including nine children aged 3 to 17. Cities and villages across Ukraine held a day of mourning on April 6 to remember the victims.
On the night of April 5-6, Ukrainian defense forces shot down 13 Russian missiles and 40 drones. Another 53 enemy UAVs disappeared from radars without causing damage. The attack affected the Kyiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Khmelnytsky, Cherkasy and Mykolaiv regions.
In response to the massive Russian airstrike, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga called for increased pressure on Moscow.
