Magyar said he plans to move the prime minister's office from where Orban worked

The winner of the parliamentary elections in Hungary, Peter Magyar, announced his intention to move the prime minister's office from the building where Viktor Orban worked.

The leader of the “Tisa” party wrote about this on the social network H.

Magyar said that the office will be moved to one of the buildings nearby.

“Under the “Tysy” government, the Prime Minister's office will not be located in the Carmelite Palace in the Castle District, which Viktor Orbán has equipped for himself, but in one of the ministry buildings near the parliament,” the report says.

The Carmelite Palace was originally a Catholic monastery and then a theater, until it was converted into the office of Prime Minister Viktor Orbán in 2019. According to Index, this cost over 50 million euros.
