According to Ukrainian diplomatic sources, President Vodymyr Zelensky will not be present at the meeting. The gathering will take place in the "Weimar Triangle++" format, which includes France, Germany, Pand, and several other Eurean nations.
U.S. Special Envoy for Ukraine and Russia Keith Kellogg earlier stated at the 8th Ukrainian Lunch at the Munich Security Conference that Eurean efforts under the Minsk agreements had failed to secure peace. As a result, the U.S. is unlikely to invve Eurean leaders directly in the peace process for Ukraine.
