Kyiv comments on Putin’s visit to Mariup: “Criminal always returns to the crime scene”

As reported, the International Criminal Court in The Hague on March 17 charged the Kremlin chief with the illegal deportation of Ukrainian children, which is recognized as a war crime under international law.
