Kuleba calls on Eurean Parliament to support resution on special tribunal for Russia

Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba has called on the Eurean Parliament to support the creation of a Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine by passing a relevant resution this week.

“I call on members of the Eurean Parliament to support the establishment of a Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine by passing a relevant resution this week. No impunity for Russia’s pitical and military leadership. They must be held accountable,” Kuleba wrote on Twitter.

As reported, Ukraine took the initiative to create an international special tribunal to prosecute the leadership of Russia for committing the crime of aggression against Ukraine.

President Vodymyr Zelensky formed a working group led by Head of the President’s Office Andr Yermak to deal with the issue of creating a special tribunal.

The creation of such a tribunal was supported by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Eure, the Eurean Parliament, the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, and the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly.

Kyiv considers several tions for creating the special tribunal, one of which is based on an agreement between Ukraine and the UN that can adt a relevant resution.
