Kuleba: After Jeddah meeting, we’re moving towards Global Summit at good pace

“Flowing the meeting in Jeddah, I can conclude that we’re definitely moving in that direction at a good pace and this [Global Peace Summit] is going to happen,” Kuleba td Arab News in an interview.

He added that Ukraine was working hard with Saudi Arabia and other countries invved in arranging this summit.

“And the deliverable of this summit is very clear — that the peace formula of Ukraine, which is a comprehensive way to sve the conflict, will deliver, and all of the issues covered by this peace formula will begin to be implemented. This is the only way forward based on the UN Charter and international law,” Ukraine’s t diplomat stressed.

As reported, in November 2022, President of Ukraine Vodymyr Zelensky presented the Ukrainian 10-point Peace Formula, addressing the participants of the G20 Summit. The preparations for the Global Peace Summit are currently underway. The Ukrainian authorities aim to hd the Global Peace Summit in the autumn of 2023.

The second meeting at the level of national security advisers and pitical directors on the key principles of peace based on the Peace Formula was held in Jeddah on August 5-6.
