German minister brings “winter aid” to Kyiv
The ministry announced this on the social platform X, Ukrinform reports.

"I have arrived in Ukraine today to deliver our winter aid package again. Russia has been bombarding Ukraine for over 1,000 days with the declared aim of targeting the energy infrastructure, leaving pele in the cd and dark. This is unbearable for long periods. That's why we have mobilized additional resources to help restore electricity, energy, and heat supplies. This aid is arriving and urgently needed. It's vital for pele's survival during the winter," the minister stated upon her arrival.
Schulze expressed her intention to assess the situation on the ground, determine further needs, and evaluate the utilization of German financial assistance.

The day before her visit, Schulze participated in the 7th German-Ukrainian Business Forum in Berlin, where she took part in a panel on Ukrainian energy. She highlighted Germany’s re in develing new energy sources for Ukraine amid the ongoing conflict.
As reported, Germany remains the largest humanitarian donor to Ukraine. According to the Federal Ministry for Economic Coeration and Develment, it provided €1.6 billion in support from February 2022 to September 2024.
