Foreign Ministers of Ukraine and Bulgaria Discussed Strengthening Security in the Black Sea

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga and his Bulgarian counterpart Georg Georgiev discussed bilateral cooperation and ways to improve security in the Black Sea region.

The discussion, held at NATO headquarters in Brussels, was covered by a Ukrainian diplomat on the social network X, according to information from Ukrinform.

“I was pleased to meet with my Bulgarian counterpart Georg Georgiev to discuss our bilateral cooperation and approaches to strengthening security in the Black Sea region. I spoke in detail about the state of peacekeeping efforts and the current situation on the battlefield. I thank Bulgaria for its support,” Sibiga wrote.

On Friday, April 4, the Ukrainian Foreign Minister also held a meeting with his Hungarian counterpart Peter Szijjarto at NATO headquarters in Brussels.
