The Ministry of Defense announced that a new model of warfare is being implemented in the Defense Forces of Ukraine – drone assault units.
This is stated in a statement from the Ukrainian Defense Ministry.
They explained that this combines aerial and ground drones with infantry “into a single system.”
“This approach has already shown results in the south, where a large amount of territory has been liberated since February, precisely thanks to the use of these newest units,” the Ministry of Defense added.
Earlier, the General Staff reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine had created a Military Expert Council. This is an advisory body under the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, the main task of which is to exchange advanced Ukrainian and international experience for the development of the army.
