Ceasefire without guarantees is dangerous for Ukraine, – Zelensky
President Volodymyr Zelensky announced this on the air of the X TV channel on Saturday, March 1, Ukrinform reports.
“We are ready to conclude an agreement on minerals, and this will be the first step towards ensuring security. But this is not enough, and we need more. A ceasefire without security guarantees is a threat to Ukraine. We have been fighting for 3 years, and Ukrainian citizens must be sure that America is on our side,” Zelensky said.

As reported by Ukrinform, the meeting of the presidents of Ukraine and the United States at the White House, which took place on Friday, was ended early after a public squabble over the facts concerning Russia's war against Ukraine, as well as the veracity of statements and agreements with Putin.

The mining agreement, which was planned to be signed on the same day, was never formalized.
