Resolution of the conflict with Igor Kondratyuk
Everyone knows that Kondratyuk produced Kozlovsky for about 10 years. But the singer wanted to continue working on his own.
After terminating the contract, Vitaliy did not have the right to perform the songs that were created in collaboration with Kondratyuk, because the copyright belonged to the producer, namely the “Ukrainian Music Publishing Group”.

Kondratyuk openly said that he was not going to forgive the debt. But in 2025, the singer finally said goodbye to the debt and became a “free bird.”

Why is Kozlovsky not in the Armed Forces of Ukraine?
First, he joined the Rubizh brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine and served in the Donbas in an artillery unit. Kozlovsky recalled that he once almost died at the front. This happened in late November 2023, when his and his comrades' positions were shelled by the invaders for 3 hours.
After some time, he was transferred to another unit stationed in Kyiv. Later, he began serving in the National Presidential Orchestra as a driver.

In the spring of 2024, Kozlovsky began serving in the 22nd Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the Sumy region, and later began to engage in patronage service.
In September 2025, the public learned that at the end of June, the singer was discharged to the reserve for family reasons.
Released to the reserve due to family circumstances or other valid reasons (if the servicemen did not express a desire to continue military service), namely: the need to provide constant care for a wife (husband) from among persons with disabilities of group I or II. Personal life
In March 2024, it became known that the singer had married. Even close people did not know about this turn of events in Vitaly's life.
We didn't tell anyone and went to sign the papers. We didn't leave on time because there was heavy rocket fire, the registry office was closed, and the time was changed. We went to bed late and canceled the alarm. The registry office started calling and we finally got together and ran and left sleepily,
