Ukraine Receives Another 5,000 Starlink Terminals from Pand
This was announced by Mykhailo Fedorov, Vice Prime Minister for Innovation, Education, Science and Technology – Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, on his Facebook page, as reported by Ukrinform.
“We express our gratitude to Deputy Prime Minister Panda and Minister of Digitalization Krzysztof Gawkowski, as well as the Pysz government for their contribution to strengthening Ukraine's resilience. Thanks to international support, we continue to stay connected even in the most difficult conditions,” Fedorov noted.
These terminals will help residents of frontline areas stay in touch, allowing them to call their families, call emergency services and receive up-to-date news. Due to ongoing attacks and the destruction of base stations in the liberated territories, traditional communication networks remain unavailable, he added.
According to Fedorov, the 5,000 terminals received from Pand are Starlink Enterprise models, an improved version of the standard Starlink designed for companies, organizations and critical sectors that require stable high-speed satellite internet.

These advanced terminals offer many benefits, including fast and stable internet without lag even when multiple users are connected at the same time, a powerful antenna with improved signal reception and resistance to adverse weather conditions, a high-performance router that supports multiple devices and works efficiently in any conditions, and global coverage suitable for offices, transportation, and remote areas.
To date, Ukraine has received over 50,000 Starlink terminals thanks to collaboration between the Ministry of Digital Transformation and international partners. Pand has provided the largest number, 29,500 terminals, which have played a key role in keeping the military, energy sector, healthcare workers, emergency services, and businesses running, even during power outages and network failures.
