The conflict between the young artist Kazhanna and the NOVA MUSIC label (co-founded by Jerry Heil) has become one of the most discussed scandals in recent times. Words of support were voiced both towards the artist and towards her production team. After various accusations, which were voiced both from Kazhanna and NOVA MUSIC, the partners stopped cooperation.
In fact, this is not the first time that artists and producers cannot find a common language or break off cooperation with a loud scandal. Which Ukrainian celebrities have had to go through a similar experience – read in the material of Channel 24 .
Igor Kondratyuk and Vitaliy Kozlovsky
The conflict between Vitaliy Kozlovsky and Igor Kondratyuk lasted for over 10 years. After the breakup, the singer continued to perform songs at concerts, the copyrights to which belonged to the producer, so Kondratyuk sued and won.
The scandal erupted with renewed vigor when Vitaliy was mobilized. At that time, he complained that due to payments to the producer, he had no military salary left. Kondratyuk, in turn, accused his former ward of deception.
The “War” officially ended last year. Vitaliy Kozlovsky sold his father's apartment, paid off the debt, and bought back the rights to the songs. And although the singer and producer sometimes mention each other in interviews, in the legal sphere the issue between them has already been resolved.

LAUD and Igor Tarnopolsky
In 2017, the finalist of “The Voice of the Country” Vlad Karashchuk launched the music project LAUD, and Ihor Tarnopolsky (Enjoy! Records label) took up its production. The first conflicts began from the very beginning, but the singer did not pay much attention to this, because he was more busy with his creativity.
But since the start of the full-scale war, the producer left Ukraine and stopped working on the project, and LAUD has never received royalties in 5 years. Tarnopolsky himself said that despite investing in the artist, the royalties could not be turned into profit – that is why they were not paid.
LAUD filed a lawsuit and won in 2024. This is one of the few cases in the industry when an artist managed to convince the court that he was right. Thus, Vlad managed to secure his name and the right to artistic activity.

Wellboy and Papa Music
In the spring of 2023, Wellboy announced that he wanted to end his collaboration with the Papa Music label and work with director Marta Ostankova. The label suggested that Marta had simply “tricked” Anton. And they reminded the artist that they had invested about $200,000 in him.
The stage name and rights to Velboi's songs belonged to the label, so the singer changed his name to Anton Velboi and continued to perform his tracks. The label team, in turn, released new songs under the name Wellboy.
Papa Music sued the artist and won: because of this, Anton had to pay the label $300,000 by 2028. After some time, both sides of the conflict announced that they had clarified all the issues – Wellboy returned to cooperation with the label.

Oleg Vynnyk and Oleksandr Gorbenko
The collaboration between Oleg and Oleksandr, who were not only partners but also close friends, ended during a full-scale invasion. At some point, Vynnyk lost access to his official pages and all posts there became hidden.
In his first interview in a long time, the artist explained that his former producer was to blame. The public clashes between Gorbenko and Vynnyk did not stop there. For example, the former stated that the singer left Ukraine, disguised “under a blanket” in the back seat of a car.
Later, Oleg Vynnyk said that this was nonsense. And his wife Tayune added that they actually took the Horbenko family to Germany and gave them shelter. And she hinted that the family allegedly had problems with alcohol.
One evening they had a big fight. It was a German house, I was afraid that the police would come and deal with us, because it was our home. Oleg said that if you were in our apartment, don't do that. And we left, leaving them in the kitchen. And when we woke up early, they were gone. No “thank you” or “goodbye,”
– Tayune said.

Jamala and Igor Tarnopolsky
Another conflict with the Enjoy! Records label is related to Jamala. In 2021, almost all of the Eurovision winner's music videos suddenly disappeared from her YouTube channel.
This happened about 3 months after the artist ended her collaboration with Igor Tarnopolsky and changed management. Since then, Jamala has ceased to have the “keys” to the channel.
Tarnopolsky hinted at manipulation and blackmail by the artist. And explained that Jamala's clips were unavailable for viewing due to copyright issues, which at that time belonged to the Enjoy! Records label. The artist almost did not comment on the quarrel, but 2 years later she admitted that she was going through a legal process.
