Radio show episode about war-torn Kyiv wins U.S. award
That’s according to CBC News, Ukrinform reports.
The program shared the story of Liudmila, a Ukrainian woman who spoke with the show from war-torn Kyiv near the beginning of Russia's invasion last year.
Aired in March 2022, the piece “flows Liudmila through her everyday routine as she struggles to live in the embattled Ukrainian capital,” the report reads.
