Prince Harry Arrives in Ukraine and Meets with Victims of Russian Aggression

Britain's Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex, visited Ukraine and met with victims of Russian aggression at the Superhumans rehabilitation center in Lviv on Thursday.

Ukrinform reports this, citing the BBC.

“Prince Harry visited the Superhuman Centre in the western city of Lviv, where he interacted with patients and medical staff. He was accompanied by a delegation from the Invictus Games Foundation, including four veterans who had undergone similar rehabilitation,” the statement said.

During his visit, Prince Harry spoke to patients and health workers, and met with Ukraine's Minister for Veterans Affairs, Natalia Kalmykova.

“The purpose of the visit to Superhumans was to explore the support and rehabilitation services provided in a country where active war continues,” the statement said.

Prince Harry became the second member of the royal family to visit Ukraine since the start of Russia's full-scale invasion, following Shea, the Duchess of Edinburgh, who visited Kyiv last year.

As reported by Ukrinform, Prince Harry, who served 10 years in the British Army, founded the Invictus Games in 2014 – an international Paralympic-style sports competition that has since become a significant platform for supporting veterans through sport.
