In the summer of 2019, TV presenter Volodymyr Ostapchuk and notary daughter Khrystyna Gornyak met in Italy. In the fall of 2020, they got married and already in marriage purchased a spacious two-story house in the suburbs of the capital – in the elite cottage town “Zoloche Provence”, in the village of Vyshenki. The total area of the dwelling is 170 square meters.

Even before the full-scale invasion, some work was done on the house, but after the start of the Great War, construction was put on hold. Ostapchuk spoke about this in an interview with the Slava+ project on the Radio Lux YouTube channel.

Khrystyna Gornyak said that Volodymyr took on the main construction costs, but there is also a small “part of her money.” While the showman was dealing with construction issues, Khrystyna covered a significant part of household expenses: she paid for utilities, her own needs, and partially replenished the joint budget.

I put everything into it that the new owners could only dream of. And I would really like this house to be filled with warmth, love of beautiful people,
– noted notariusyna on Instagram.

The project was “frozen” due to the war, but the TV presenter later announced that he planned to complete the construction.

In the fall of 2022, Volodymyr Ostapchuk and Khrystyna Hornyak officially divorced.

After the divorce, the parties could not reach an agreement on the division of property.

After the divorce, Volodymyr began a new relationship with Kateryna Poltavskaya and continued to furnish the house with his new chosen one. On social networks, the couple showed the renovation process and shared plans for the living room and children's room.

Khrystyna then noted that no one had resolved this issue with her, even though by law half of the house belongs to her as jointly acquired property. Gornyak tried to reach an agreement with her ex-husband on the house issue without going to court, because a trial would mean arrest and “freezing” the house.

Khrystyna repeatedly said that Ostapchuk changed his decision regarding the property: he sometimes offered to leave the house to her, sometimes refused any agreements, but in March 2025, Volodymyr Ostapchuk and Khrystyna Gornyak were able to reach a compromise. The parties settled the issue in accordance with the agreement on the division of the spouses' joint property.

When we sell the house, according to this agreement, each of us has our own share. Each of us has one second. We sell it whole, and we divide the money in half,
– explained Khrystyna Gornyak.

At the end of December 2025, Kateryna, Volodymyr Ostapchuk's current wife, said that Khrystyna Gornyak was preventing the sale of the house. She explained that the price Khrystyna had set was too high and she was not going to lower it.

The house was damaged as a result of Russia's combined strike on the territory of Ukraine. Kateryna Poltavska published a photo of the house on her Telegram channel.

As a result of the shelling, the facade of the house is covered with debris, part of the walls is damaged, and windows are broken. In the yard, there is rubble of bricks and concrete, a destroyed fence, and traces of the blast wave are visible.
