Monument to Lomonosov in Dnipro dismantled
Utility workers in Dnipro have dismantled a monument to Russian scientist Mikhail Lomonosov.
Photos from the scene were published on Telegram by the local news site DniproTV, Ukrinform reports.
The monument to Lomonosov was unveiled on June 25, 1971. It is made of bronze and was installed on the site of the Catherine II monument, next to the museum of history.
