Maria Efrosinina

The TV presenter reminded that women deserve not partial equality, but full recognition of their rights and achievements.

Today is the 8th of March! International Women's Day is 115 years old. This is over a century of struggle for women's voices to finally become equal,
– the celebrity noted.

She recalled that women in the world have only 64% of legal rights, which exposes them to discrimination, violence and restrictions in various areas of life. In most countries, sexual violence without consent is still not recognized, girls can be forced into marriage, and the law does not guarantee equal pay for equal work.

Today, you and I, my beautiful womanhood, have everything to live up to other indicators. We have the resources, the strength, the conviction and the will to make sure that our daughters do not have to wait another 115 years! Be loud. Be brave. Be those women who free themselves and others from the stereotypes that have been imposed on us. Because we are not worth 64%, we are worth the whole world. Celebrate yourself. Each of you is incredible,
– emphasized Masha Efrosinina.

Yulia Sanina

The frontwoman of the band The Hardkiss, noted: “Being a woman is the most exciting adventure of my life! I am grateful to all the great women of the past for the opportunity to have my own voice and an equal place in society, to realize my potential and talents, to express myself and choose my own path.”
