Kyiv restaurants, foodies brace themselves for colder season

During the COVID-19 crisis, outdoor dining has been a lifeboat for the restaurant business, allowing many establishments to stay afloat financially.

But a safer way to eat out will not be an option soon: As the cold weather approaches, restaurants are shutting down terraces and bringing their outdoor tables back inside.
