From “X Factor” to TV star
Iryna is originally from Ternopil. She studied at the Ternopil Music School in the vocal class, and later graduated from the Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts with a degree in announcer-host.
She worked as a singer in restaurants and also taught at a music school. Borysiuk became a participant in the project thanks to her daughter, who asked her mother to show her talent to the whole of Ukraine. And so she did.

She joined the team of Russian Sergey Sosedov, who did not hide his admiration for Irina. The woman reached the semifinals, but before the final her path was interrupted. Previously, the performer said that she maintains contact with her former coach remotely. Once she congratulated Sosedov on his birthday, and he said that “the best gift would be if Borisyuk sang again.”
Today, the singer most likely does not maintain contact with someone who is considered a propagandist and is included in Ukraine's lists of persons who threaten national security.

Previously, the star honestly answered about her own feelings about working as a TV presenter.
“However, the format of “Dancing with the Stars” is not mine, unlike “Farmer Seeks a Wife”, in it I am the same as in real life. I spoke as I wanted, waved my arms. And “Dancing with the Stars” is a very cruel test, I was immediately thrown onto the live broadcasts, it is extremely difficult. The springboard was too fast for me. There are many big stars there, and it is easier for me to communicate with ordinary people. Perhaps I could not become a star because I am not comfortable with being a celebrity,” said Borysiuk.
In July 2021, Iryna became the soloist of the band VILNI.
Personal life
Iryna does not share her private life with the public. Today it is unknown whether her heart is free. Only once did she talk about what a man should be like to attract her attention.
“Honest, strong, smart. He should be stronger than me, and I'm not talking about physical strength. I'm tired of being a strong woman, I don't want to be one. I want him to protect and support me, to allow me to be my own child, and he to be himself next to me, just like I was before him. And it's also very important that my man doesn't change me, doesn't undermine me. Yes, I have a difficult character, I know that, and I'm a creative person with my own, as they say, “flies in the head”. A man must find the key to my heart, in fact, it's not difficult, but I can say with confidence: the one who can do it will be lucky. You know, I'm one of those women who, for the sake of love, as they say, “go headfirst” and is even ready to sacrifice her career,” the artist said.
Why did Iryna Borysiuk's daughter die?
December 15, 2024 became the worst date in the singer's life. On that day, her only daughter Renata died. In addition, six more people died in a road accident.

At the time of the tragedy, it was determined that the driver of the BMW car, who had driven into the oncoming lane, could have been the culprit. There, he collided with a DAF truck. As a result of the impact, the tractor became uncontrollable and crashed into a Mercedes Sprinter minibus, which was carrying passengers.
The girl had just finished touring Europe, performing in very prestigious concert halls, and was going home to Ukraine to spend the Christmas holidays with her family.

It is known that Renata has been playing the violin since she was five years old. Her mother always supported her daughter in her hobby.
Where is Iryna Borysiuk now?
The singer does not give interviews and has never talked about how she is coping with the loss of her loved one. She occasionally shares archival photos on social media, but sometimes performs at various events. There are no other details about the life of the former “X Factor” participant.
