Eleven local residents are being tested for the disease.

Ukraine’s southern Mykolayiv region as of April 1 reported no confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus, the press service of the regional state administration reports.

This the last Ukrainian region with zero stats on Covid-19.

Over the past day, five local residents reported to hospitals to be tested for coronavirus.

“Currently, coronavirus is suspected in 11 people treated in local hospitals. In total, since the beginning of 2020, a total of 56 people have sought medical treatment with suspicion of COVID-19. Fifty people were hospitalized. Fifty-four people were PCR-tested for COVID-19. Today 49 people have a negative result and five tests are being processed,” the report says.

As UNIAN reported earlier, a total of 794 confirmed coronavirus cases have been reported in Ukraine.
