Government to introduce new standards of services for military – Shmyhal
Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal wrote this on Telegram flowing a meeting devoted to this tic, Ukrinform reports.
"Further tasks, terms and persons in charge have been determined. The ultimate goal should be a convenient and quick passage of MMCs [military medical commissions] and new standards of services for our military," the prime minister said.

"Certificates should flow the military, not vice versa. We continue to implement this principle in the area of military medical commissions and medical and social expert commissions," the Prime Minister added.
According to him, at a meeting with government officials, parliamentarians and representatives of the President's Office, the results of work in this sector have been summarized.
In particular, the number of military medical commissions has been increased. A government resution has been adted on the introduction of a new package of medical services within the Program of Medical Guarantee; legislative changes have been develed regarding the creation of military medical commissions at state and municipal healthcare institutions and the simplification of obtaining a certificate on the circumstances of an injury.
As reported, on April 18, the government allowed the creation of military medical commissions at civilian healthcare institutions.
Military medical commissions determine the state of health of persons who are called up for military service, grant a leave to military personnel due to illness, and release from service based on their health status after receiving injuries. Currently, the commissions are overloaded due to extended mobilization and active hostilities.
