The song “Shum” by electro-folk band Go_A is the first Ukrainian-language song to enter the global chart by the U.S. magazine Billboard. “Shum” was the band’s entry at the 2021 Eurovision song contest.

Ukrainian electro-folk band Go_A has enjoyed a great deal of international attention ever since it placed fifth in this year’s Eurovision finale. 

In the latest spin on the success ride, Go_A’s Eurovision song “Shum” entered the global chart of U.S. magazine Billboard, making history as the first Ukrainian-language song to make it into the list.
