On March 7, the Galician-Donbass band NAZVA will play a big concert in Kyiv. The artists will perform at the Origin Stage club.
The concert is organized by the team of the cultural space “V'YAVA”. The NAZVA band returns to Kyiv for the first time in a year with a special program, writes 24 Kanal .
The Galician-Donbass duo has become one of the most distinctive phenomena of the new Ukrainian scene. Pavlo Gots is from Lviv, and Yaroslav Yarovenko is from the city of Horlivka, in the Donetsk region.
The style of the band is “alternative ethnoart house.” Live performances by the NAZVA band are not just a concert, but a real performance with drama and a specific presentation.
The Origin Stage will feature songs that have already become part of modern pop culture, as well as new tracks. The band will perform, in particular, “Sigele-migele”, “CHUZHIYU YA”, “Tikho-tyho”, “Na dno”, “Drakon” and “Donbas”.

What is known about the band NAZVA?

Pavlo Gots and Yaroslav Yarovenko founded the NAZVA group in 2019. At first, the guys created audiovisual performances about the Shot Revival.

In 2021, the band released their first single on streaming platforms called “Drimota”. In 2022, the artists presented their debut album Nazva, which included the popular track “Sigele-migele”. In 2023, they gave their first solo concerts in Kyiv and Lviv.

The band NAZVA participated in the National Selection for Eurovision 2024. In the final, the band performed the song SLAVIC ENGLISH and took 11th place.

In early February 2025, Pavlo Gots announced that he had joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
