Brad Arnold, the lead singer and co-founder of the American rock band 3 Doors Down, has died after a battle with cancer. He was only 47 years old.
The band announced this on their page in X. The singer died on Saturday, February 7.
Brad Arnold died peacefully surrounded by his loved ones. The singer is survived by his wife Jennifer Sanderford, to whom he had been married since 2009.
Above all, he was a devoted husband to Jennifer, and his kindness, humor, and generosity touched everyone who was fortunate enough to know him. Those close to him will remember not only his talent, but his warmth, humility, faith, and deep love for his family and friends,

Recall, in May 2025, the vocalist of the band 3 Doors Down announced that he had been diagnosed with stage 4 renal cell carcinoma (kidney cancer), which had metastasized to the lungs.
