Brad Arnold, the lead singer and co-founder of the American rock band 3 Doors Down, has died after a battle with cancer. He was only 47 years old.

The band announced this on their page in X. The singer died on Saturday, February 7.

Brad Arnold died peacefully surrounded by his loved ones. The singer is survived by his wife Jennifer Sanderford, to whom he had been married since 2009.
