Ukrainian Instagram blogger Bohdana Honcharuk has been embroiled in a scandal. Audio recordings of her explaining how to withdraw money from Russian and Belarusian cards have surfaced online. Bank representatives have already reacted.
Maksym Skybinsky, the author of the YouTube channel “Skibi Tru”, published audio recordings on his page in a thread that look like voice messages from Bohdana Honcharuk. In them, the blogger supposedly talks about how she spends money from Russia and Belarus.
Payment from Russia and Belarus – I have two people there who I trust. They have cards to which I transfer money and then spend it in Russia. And from the Belarusian card they withdraw money to my Moldovan one. From the Russian card I also know how to withdraw it to my Ukrainian one,
– the message says.
Bohdana Honcharuk adds in these voice messages that she has no problems with banks.
“Maybe it's because I have an individual entrepreneur and I pay taxes and am on the “green list” and they don't look at individual cards. I actually make all payments to Monobank and PrivatBank cards, only my own, then I withdraw and transfer to currency,” the woman says in the message.

The post resonated on the social network. Oleg Horohovsky, co-founder of Monobank, responded to it.

PrivatBank also drew attention to this. The bank's team noted that it had sent the information to financial monitoring for verification.

Maksym Skybynsky also added that after the publication, Bohdana Honcharuk's team called him and offered him money for a refutation. He recorded this conversation, but decided not to publish it for now.
The blogger also published a screenshot of the audio recordings he published to prove that money from Russia and Belarus was discussed after the start of the full-scale war.
