Who offers work in Ukraine: the first participants of the “Career Festival” have been announced
In the labor market, it is becoming increasingly difficult for companies to find new specialists, and for specialists to find promising opportunities. To unite employers and candidates, the “Career Festival” will be held at VDNH from May 22 to 25, admission to which will be free. The press service of Vgorode told which companies the event will bring together, which educational institutions, specialized organizations and labor market experts. Its mission is to support young people in choosing a career path and open up new opportunities for experienced specialists.
In total, hundreds of participants will take part in the festival. Among the first to join are retailers, representatives of the agricultural sector, the hospitality industry, the fuel and energy complex, educational institutions, and others. All of them will not only share current vacancies, but also hold workshops and master classes to give festival guests practical knowledge and skills.
In particular, OKKO gas stations will conduct quick interviews, career tests, and Q&A sessions with recruiters. The Kyiv Aviation Institute State University will also present an interactive program: in its zone, you will be able to take free engineering workshops and examine aircraft models in detail.
And at the stand of the Kernel agricultural holding, you will be able to immerse yourself in technological processes under the guidance of experts, test agricultural equipment yourself, and learn more about various soil and grain samples.
“We consciously attract participants from different industries to offer visitors as many opportunities and options as possible for starting or continuing their careers. We also focus on practical demonstrations to clearly show the characteristics of each profession,” says festival director Kateryna Lomakina.
Other participants of the “Career Festival” include Silpo, Fora, Foxtrot, Ukrzaliznytsia, 1+1 media, Naftogaz, UKRNAFTA, Comfy, DTEK, Oschadbank, Nibulon, Kyiv School of Economics (KSE), Spivdiya Charitable Foundation, Zhittelyub Charitable Foundation, KROK University, Cambridge.ua, A+ Educational Holding, MriyDiy educational project network, and many others, who will also introduce guests to their vacancies and career opportunities. Some of them may consider candidates for further employment directly at the event.
The festival program will consist of more than 150 events, including lectures by experts, entrepreneurs and career consultants, company presentations, networking and speed interviews, which will help visitors find new opportunities for development. In interactive zones, you can see demonstrations from technical specialists, receive career advice, undergo career guidance, and attend practical classes on creating a resume and writing motivation letters. The list of companies and interactive zones will also be expanded.
The Career Festival will take place from May 22 to 25 at the following address: Kyiv, Akademika Glushkova Avenue, 1, VDNH. Admission to the event is free.
