Today, February 13, a woman and a man were trapped in a car after a collision between two cars in the Kyiv region.
This was reported by the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kyiv region.
On Friday morning, at 07:42, the Brovary District Rescue Service was notified of a traffic accident that occurred on the exit from the village of Zgurivka in the direction of the village of Usika.
Two cars, a Škoda Octavia and a Toyota Camry, were unable to pass each other on the road. The collision injured two people and left them trapped in the car.
The State Emergency Service helped them: a woman born in 1980 and a man born in 1970 were rescued and handed over to emergency medical personnel.

Given the weather forecast, meteorologists and the authorities of the Kyiv region warn of poor visibility on the roads on February 13-14. It is noted that the weather may complicate the work of energy, construction, and utility companies, as well as traffic.
Previously, the patrol police of Kyiv and the region drew attention to the fact that during stabilization power outages, pedestrians become less visible to drivers. Residents should wear reflective items — flickers — in the evening. They can be in the form of a badge, bracelet, sticker, or be part of clothing, for example, a vest.
It is known that over two thousand road accidents occurred in the Kyiv region last year. In total, in Ukraine last year, police registered 25,934 road accidents with victims. 3,249 people died, 31,898 were injured.
