In Bila Tserkva, the production facilities of an enterprise and a private house were damaged during the Russian attack. In the Brovary district, 4 private houses, outbuildings, and a car were damaged. Work is ongoing on the ground to eliminate the consequences of the shelling.

On the night of April 16, the Russian army also launched a combined strike on Kyiv with ballistic missiles and drones. According to the State Emergency Service, four people were killed. Among them was a child. According to the city prosecutor's office, the number of injured exceeded 50. Destruction was recorded in four districts.
