On the night of May 14, the Kyiv region came under a massive attack by the Russian army. Seven people were injured, including a child. The consequences of the attack are being recorded in all districts of the region. In total, more than 70 objects were damaged. Some residents were left without gas electricity.
This was reported by the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Mykola Kalashnyk, and the State Emergency Service.
Five residents were injured in the Boryspil district. A 27-year-old man and a 56-year-old woman were hospitalized.
“The man has multiple shrapnel wounds to the abdomen and chest, cuts and lacerations. The woman has shrapnel wounds, a penetrating facial injury. A three-year-old child and two women, ages 37 and 20, were also injured. All of them were provided with medical assistance on the spot. They do not require hospitalization,” Kalashnik wrote on Telegram.
According to him, two women, 42 and 32 years old, were injured in the Fastiv district. One of them received multiple lacerations to both limbs. The other is in a state of emotional shock and an acute stress reaction. They do not require hospitalization. All necessary medical care was provided on the spot.

As reported by the head of the Kyiv OVA, the Prystolichny Hromada of the Boryspil district suffered serious damage. Multi-storey residential buildings and a private house were damaged here. Windows were broken in people's apartments, balconies, facades and roofs were damaged. Cars and businesses located on the first floors of residential buildings were damaged.
“Due to damage to gas distribution equipment, some residents were temporarily left without gas supply. Now emergency crews, utility services, and energy workers are working to eliminate the consequences of the attack, carry out emergency work, and restore communications,” Kalashnyk said.
According to him, the consequences of the attack are currently being recorded in all districts of the Kyiv region. In total, more than 70 objects have been damaged. These are private and apartment buildings, warehouses and office premises, vehicles, power lines, and critical infrastructure facilities.
“Air defense forces, mobile fire groups, our crews of the “Clear Sky” project worked all night. This time, more than 150 enemy targets were shot down, about 250 more were lost on radar and suppressed by electronic warfare, some left the area of responsibility and were destroyed in other regions,” Kalashnik's Telegram post says.

As of 2:45 p.m., 15 private homes, two high-rise buildings, and 11 cars were damaged in the capital region as a result of the Russian attack, the Kyiv Region Police said.
As reported by DTEK, as of 1:30 p.m. in the Kyiv region, energy workers have restored power to over 2,200 families left without electricity due to Russian shelling. Currently, over 14,000 families are still without electricity. The company's power grids, equipment, and vehicles have been damaged.
At 7 am, the State Emergency Service reported that as a result of the Russian attack on the Kyiv region, damage and fires were recorded in the Obukhiv, Brovar, Fastiv, Boryspil, and Bila Tserkva districts. As of 6 am, 6 injured people were known: five in the Boryspil district and one in Fastivs'k.
According to Mykola Kalashnik, as a result of the night attack:
- A fire broke out in a warehouse building and two cars in the Buchanan district.
- In Obukhivske, three private houses were damaged.
- In the Brovary district, three private houses, a car, and a company were damaged.
- In the Boryspil district, a multi-story building, six cars, an enterprise, a private house, and outbuildings were damaged.
- A multi-story building was damaged in the Fastiv district.
- In Belotserkivske – a private house.
